Aqua Lock grew because homeowners called their neighbors. Word travels fast in Louisville and the surrounding communities, especially when someone takes care of a basement problem the right way the first time. By 2010, the team had outgrown the garage. By 2015, the truck count was in the double digits. Today, the company runs out of 10470 Bluegrass Parkway in Jeffersontown, with 20-plus employees who handle everything from a single foundation crack to a complete basement waterproofing system.

The thing that hasn’t changed is the way the company runs. Jay is still on job sites doing QC ride-alongs with inspectors. Becky still handles the family side of the operation. Every homeowner Aqua Lock works with is told the same thing the first crew told customers back in 2006: thank you for trusting us with your home.
